ABRUZZO
ITALIAL’Abruzzo, caratterizzato da un territorio fortemente montuoso, è sempre stato considerato una regione marginale. Nonostante ciò, negli ultimi anni ha vissuto un significativo cambiamento grazie a una profonda spinta all’innovazione sociale che proviene proprio dalle aree interne. Esempi in questo senso vengono dal fiorire di comunità energetiche (Gagliano Aterno), cooperative di comunità (Campo di Giove, San Vincenzo Valle Roveto) e iniziative di welfare digitale (Calascio). La stessa Regione Abruzzo ha iniziato a incorporare questa profonda spinta nelle proprie linee politiche, rispondendo ai bisogni locali con particolare attenzione alla salute e al benessere per tutti e per tutte le età, a una crescita economica inclusiva e sostenibile, alle pari opportunità e alla digitalizzazione. Al momento però questi obiettivi sono stati raggiunti solo parzialmente.
