Jablanica & Pcinja District
serbiaLe aree rurali di Jablanica e Pčinja stanno affrontando una serie di sfide sociali ed economiche che richiedono un’attenta pianificazione e una risoluzione strategica dei problemi. La disuguaglianza economica e le insufficienti opportunità di lavoro, la mancanza di infrastrutture e l’accesso limitato all’assistenza sanitaria, all’istruzione e ad altre risorse essenziali hanno un impatto significativo sulla popolazione locale, in particolare sui giovani, portando allo spopolamento delle aree rurali. Inoltre, le tendenze sociali e tecnologiche globali che interessano le aree rurali possono alterare le abitudini di vita tradizionali e l’identità delle comunità locali.
La Strategia regionale per lo sviluppo rurale dei distretti di Jablanica e Pčinja ha stabilito tre chiare priorità: (i) Migliorare la qualità e le condizioni di vita nelle aree rurali; (ii) Migliorare l’efficienza del mercato nel settore agricolo e forestale; (iii) Sviluppare in modo sostenibile l’economia rurale. Per affrontare queste sfide, le iniziative di economia sociale si concentreranno sulla diversificazione settoriale e culturale, sugli investimenti nelle infrastrutture rurali e sul sostegno agli imprenditori locali, agli agricoltori, ai giovani e alle donne. È inoltre fondamentale preservare le tradizioni e le identità culturali delle popolazioni locali. L’empowerment delle comunità locali e la facilitazione della loro partecipazione attiva ai processi decisionali saranno essenziali per garantire che vengano presi in considerazione i loro bisogni e interessi specifici. Inoltre, le iniziative innovative saranno allineate allo sviluppo rurale inclusivo e sostenibile della regione.
