Jablanica & Pcinja körzet
SzerbiaA gazdasági egyenlőtlenségek és a nem megfelelő foglalkoztatási lehetőségek, az infrastruktúra hiánya, valamint az egészségügyi ellátáshoz, az oktatáshoz és más alapvető szolgáltatásokhoz való korlátozott hozzáférés jelentős hatással van a helyi lakosságra, különösen a fiatalokra, ami a vidéki területekről való elvándorláshoz vezet. Emellett a vidéki területeket érintő globális társadalmi és technológiai trendek megváltoztathatják a hagyományos életmódot és a helyi közösségek identitását.
Jablanica és Pčinja körzetek Vidékfejlesztési Regionális Stratégiája három egyértelmű prioritást határozott meg: 1. a lakhatási körülmények és az életminőség javítását a régió vidéki területein, 2. a gazdasági hatékonyság növelését a mezőgazdaságban és az erdőgazdálkodásban, 3. a vidéki gazdaság fenntartható fejlesztését. E kihívások kezelése érdekében a társadalmi kezdeményezések a gazdasági és kulturális sokszínűségre, a vidéki infrastrukturális beruházásokra, valamint a helyi vállalkozók, gazdálkodók, fiatalok és nők támogatására összpontosítanak. A hagyományos tudás és a kulturális identitás megőrzése szintén kulcsfontosságú. A helyi közösségek megerősítése és a döntéshozatali folyamatokban való aktív részvételük ösztönzése alapvető fontosságú annak érdekében, hogy sajátos igényeiket és érdekeiket figyelembe vegyék. Az innovatív kezdeményezések az egész régióban az inkluzív és fenntartható vidékfejlesztéshez fognak igazodni.
