ABRUZZO
OLASZORSZÁGAbruzzo, mivel nagyrészt hegyvidéki terület, mindig is peremvidéknek számított. Ennek ellenére az elmúlt években a régió jelentős változáson ment keresztül, köszönhetően az ezen terüleken történő társadalmi innováció irányába történő elmozdulásnak. Példaként említhetjük az energiaközösségek (Gagliano Aterno), a szövetkezeti modellek (Campo di Giove, San Vincenzo Valle Roveto) és a digitális jóléti kezdeményezések (Calascio) felvirágzását. Abruzzo tartomány maga is elkezdte beépíteni ezt a törekvést saját szakpolitikáiba azáltal, hogy a helyi szükségletre reagál, különös tekintettel a helyiek egészségére és jóllétére minden korosztályban; az inkluzív és fenntartható gazdasági növekedésre, az esélyegyenlőségre és a digitalizációra. Ezek a célkitűzések ugyanakkor egyelőre csak részben valósultak meg.
