ABRUZZO
ITALIAAbruzzo, debido al territorio montañoso en que se encuentra, ha sido siempre considerada una región secundaria. A pesar de eso, en los últimos años la región ha experimentado un cambio significativo gracias al profundo empuje de la innovación social que ha nacido de la propia comunidad. Algunos ejemplos de esta nueva realidad se pueden apreciar en el resurgimiento de las comunidades energéticas (Gagliano Aterno), nuevas cooperativas (Campo di Giove, San Vincenzo Valle Roveto) e iniciativas de bienestar digital (Calascio). La propia región de Abruzzo ha comenzado a incorporar este profundo empuje en sus políticas públicas, atendiendo las necesidades locales con un enfoque especial en la salud y el bienestar de las personas de todas las edades, un crecimiento económico inclusivo y sostenible, igualdad de oportunidades y digitalización. Por el momento, estos objetivos están en camino de alcanzarse en su plenitud.
