ITALIAEl movimiento cooperativista en esta región se remonta al Siglo XIX con el nacimiento de FTC en 1895. En la actualidad esta región es reconocida internacionalmente como un importante distrito cooperativo. Las políticas sociales de Trento se alinean con las políticas laborales e involucran varios sectores de interés, incluyendo cooperativas sociales, organizaciones de personas voluntarias y trabajadoras. La región aprobó una normativa sobre cooperativas comunitarias en 2022 para combatir la despoblación en los territorios montañosos y mejorar el acceso a los servicios. Un acuerdo de colaboración institucional entre FTC y PAT trata de impulsar el modelo cooperativo de la región y actualizar la regulación laboral. El proyecto COPE, fundado por EaSI, se enfoca en la puesta en marcha de Laboratorios Ciudadanos para la economía social, enfocándose en la juventud para su inclusión social y laboral. Estos laboratorios facilitan el autoempleo y la colaboración con las incubadoras de negocios locales. Adicionalmente, las cooperativas de servicios en Trentino proveen de servicios turísticos para personas con discapacidad y movilidad reducida para aumentar la inclusividad del sector turístico. La plataforma por el bienestar InCooperazione se postula como una herramienta digital innovadora para apoyar la inclusión social y laboral de los grupos en situación de vulnerabilidad.
