NorgeI Innlandet fylke finnes det ingen ramme spesielt bygget for å støtte eller utvikle nye sosialøkonomiske initiativer. Men både fylket og kommunene tilbyr støtte til frivillige organisasjoner i et bredt spekter av sektorer og aktiviteter. Regional plan for inkludering (Regional plan for det inkluderende Innlandet) ble nylig vedtatt av fylkeskommunen. Planen har som mål å etablere samarbeid med relevante partnere fra både offentlig og privat sektor, så vel som frivillige organisasjoner og den akademiske sektoren.
