NorvegijaInnlandet apskrityje nėra specialiai sukurtos sistemos, skirtos naujoms socialinės ekonomikos iniciatyvoms remti ar plėtoti, tačiau tiek apskritis, tiek savivaldybės siūlo paramą įvairių sektorių ir veiklų savanorių organizacijoms. Neseniai apskrities valdžia patvirtino regioninį socialinės įtraukties planą („Regional plan for det inkluderende Innlandet“). Planu siekiama užmegzti bendradarbiavimą su atitinkamais partneriais iš viešojo ir privačiojo sektorių, taip pat NVO ir akademinio sektoriaus.
