Jablanica ir Pčinja apskritys
SerbijaJablanicos ir Pčinjos kaimo vietovės susiduria su įvairiomis socialinėmis ir ekonominėmis problemomis, kurioms spręsti reikia kruopštaus planavimo ir strateginio požiūrio. Ekonominė nelygybė ir nepakankamos įsidarbinimo galimybės, infrastruktūros trūkumas ir ribotos galimybės naudotis sveikatos priežiūros, švietimo ir kitais svarbiausiais ištekliais daro didelį poveikį vietos gyventojams, ypač jaunimui, ir skatina migraciją iš kaimo vietovių. Be to, pasaulinės socialinės ir technologinės tendencijos, darančios poveikį kaimo vietovėms, gali pakeisti tradicinius gyvenimo būdus ir vietos bendruomenių tapatybę.
Jablanicos ir Pčinjos apskričių kaimo plėtros regioninėje strategijoje nustatyti trys aiškūs prioritetai: 1. Gerinti kokybę ir gyvenimo sąlygas regiono kaimo vietovėse, 2. Didinti žemės ūkio ir miškininkystės rinkos efektyvumą ir 3. Vystyti tvarią kaimo ekonomiką. Siekiant spręsti šiuos uždavinius, daugiausia dėmesio skiriama ekonominiam ir kultūriniam įvairinimui, investicijoms į kaimo infrastruktūrą ir vietos verslininkų, ūkininkų, jaunimo ir moterų rėmimui. Taip pat labai svarbu išsaugoti tradicines žinias ir kultūrinį tapatumą. Siekiant užtikrinti, kad būtų atsižvelgta į konkrečius jų poreikius ir interesus, labai svarbu suteikti vietos bendruomenėms daugiau galių ir palengvinti jų aktyvų dalyvavimą priimant sprendimus. Be to, novatoriškos iniciatyvos turi būti suderintos su įtraukiu ir tvariu kaimo vystymusi visame regione.
