Dentro del proyecto ESIRA, el primer seminario web de difusión se organizó el 18 de diciembre con el tema: “Los Rural Labs como metodología de innovación social: base teórica y experiencias prácticas”.
Durante el seminario web, el equipo del proyecto compartió los resultados alcanzados hasta el momento y debatió buenas prácticas y cuestiones relacionadas con la implementación de Living Labs con más de 70 representantes del ámbito académico y de proyectos afines.

In the context of the ESIRA project, Rural Labs are space for co-creation, innovation, and experimentation with the members of multi-actor platforms (MAPs) already established to solve some of the problems that women, youth, migrants, elderly, and other vulnerable groups are facing. Within the Rural Labs, along with the MAP members, experts, collaborators, and other stakeholders can join and contribute to the problem-solving process. The ESIRA project established 9 MAPs in 7 different countries.
During the webinar, participants shared different experiences in the implementation of living labs – from the method for helping families in need to the scientific lab designed to create new, innovative, products, showing that the same Living Lab methodology can be used for different projects.
